Accelerated Experiential Learning (AEL) creates an open and engaging learning environment that builds a strong collegiate and supportive culture within the training environment. On average your participants will spend 60-70% of the day challenging, collaborating, practicing, and trying - many days PowerPoint will not even be turned on, this training is about learning by doing.

Mystery shopping services
Mystery shopping services are a great tool to develop a snapshot of your current status, the success of the training, and a highly effective method of changing behaviour as staff know a mystery shop will occur in a date range - and need to adjust their behaviour for the full window of time. We can provide mystery shopping services nationally as part of our programs.
